    Isabella (she/her) is an actor, playwright and theatre-maker with background in devising, clowning and comedy, she was trained in École Philippe Gaulier, Paris. Her work A BOUFFON PLAY ABOUT HONG KONG was finalist for The Women's Prize for Playwriting ‘21. Isabella was a finalist for Manchester's Independent Creative Of The Year '23.

    Parkour Meets Clowning - What Are We Escaping From?

    So why Parkour and Clowning? It just so happens to be what we respectively do as artists - Louiseanne does Parkour in their movement world, and Isabella does Clowning in her theatre background. It ultimately enables us to be fully present with ourselves and how we interact with the world. Since our interactions look so different, we got curious to explore each other’s craft and see what sticks.
