  • Artist Support

The support of artists is integral to our work; we particularly look to support new and emerging artists, and artists who experience barriers to careers in the theatre industry. We have light-touch open call opportunities to share and develop work, like SPRINT festival and Test Match, and we have longer term intensive opportunities for development like Starting Blocks.

Take a look through our various schemes, residencies and funding opportunities.

    Artist Call Outs

Opportunities for artists to be included in our programming. These take the form of call outs with specific deadlines across the year so please check back regularly for new opportunities.

    Invite us

If you’d like to invite Camden People’s Theatre to see your work – with a view to developing a relationship with us, or having your project programmed here – drop us a line!

    Starting Blocks

    SPRINT Festival

SPRINT Festival is London’s longest running festival of new and experimental theatre.

    Test Match

Test Match is our paid opportunity to share 45-60 minutes of work in progress with an audience, as part of our main Spring and Autumn seasons.

    Programming

We programme the most exciting new work from the most exciting new voices. CPT is interested in work which seeks to make the world a better place, whether through exploring political questions, platforming marginalised stories, or by bringing people together to share joy and community.
