Serena Flynn, a graduate of L’Ecole Jacques Lecoq with a background in Anthropology makes clown, bouffon and comedic physical work that is interested in gender, power & identity.
Flynn has two previous solo shows: Prune was performed at Blue Elephant Theatre, The Wardrobe, The Warren ("Ridiculous & hilarious" ****Broadway Baby) & Edinburgh Festival (“A fabulous fifty-minute freakshow” Wee Review ****). Baubo Goddess of Filth was performed at Nunhead & Edinburgh Fringes (Heroes of Fringe) and Soho Theatre. Baubo Goddess of Filth was included in The Skinny’s ‘Best Comedy Shows of Ed Fringe 2019’ rundown (“A powerful, playful & witty hour of confessional absurdist storytelling” ****) & was selected to be part of Soho Theatre’s Soho Rising Festival, with a sell-out show Nov 2019.
