Nina Brostrøm Laumann is a London based director. The absolute core of Nina's artistic profile is morphing together costume design and direction into a new language that defines her as an artist. For Nina, the two elements are inseparable and they come together to form the framework of her storytelling. Both a skilled craftsperson and passionate about working with performers, she has developed a style that circumvents conventional dramatic structure and allows the performer to feel empowered by the use of costumes.
Nina is the creator of an array of independent short films, an experienced costume maker and is now active with her debut theatre performance Metamorphosis as part of the 2024 CPT SPRINT Festival.
