Millie Wood-Downie is an award-winning queer, artist/producer and poet. She works at the cross section of activism, live performance and creative experiences. She has been commissioned by the BBC as part of their New Creatives scheme and went on to win a Gold Award at HEARNow Festival 2021. Her first full length work with Penultimate Theatre Company, Forgotten Dialogue won the Brighton Fringe Pebble Trust award 2019. There Was a Little Girl is her debut solo show.
