Nell’s practice is embedded in building community on and off stage in collaborative, accessible ways. She is the artistic director of November Theatre: an award winning, queer-led collective that develops new work for the stage. She directed NT’s how to build a wax figure (2022) and is currently directing PITCH with The Pleasance (winner of the Charlie Hartill Reserve Fund (2023)). She has directed work for The National Youth Theatre, The Pleasance, Assembly, Fourth Monkey Drama School, Golden Goose Theatre & Lion and Unicorn theatre. She is an Assistant Lecturer at University Arts London.
