Tasnim Siddiqa Amin is a queer British Bangladeshi theatremaker, artist and activist from East London. Her work is rooted in anti-racism and feminism, blending research with lived experience to create urgent, thought-provoking work.
Tasnim’s recent work includes The Pigs Are Coming (Camden People’s Theatre), a solo performance on the rise of state violence in the UK; Spoken Word for Gaza (Tamasha); and Scenes of Mourning (Albany Theatre, with Haramacy/Commun). In 2023, she developed The Final Trumpet, a climate refugee-focused play, at the Oitijjo Artist Residency, which she then shared at A Season of Bangla Drama in November 2024.
