Messy Theatre is a branch of the production company, Messy Films. We are dedicated to the stories that dig into the knotty contradictions of being a human. We are deeply interested in platforming marginalised voices and unique perspectives. The name Messy came from a need to be able to organise ourselves and make work in a heart-led way, with empathy and communication at the centre. Allowing room for people to expand through the life affirming process of creating and telling stories.
