This show is a story. It’s a story about how we got here. We, the people in this room right now. We, the people of this nation. This is the story of who we are and how we got to wherever this is.

This is a work-in-progress sharing of a new experimental storytelling show written and performed by Sam Ward. It’s a show about nationhood. It’s a show about an ancient knight wandering through an ancient land and meeting strange people on the way. It’s a story about Arthgog the Giant and the terrible curse he laid upon our land. It’s a show about us, our nation and the stories that we tell about the land on which we happen to exist.

From the writer/performer of ‘we were promised honey!’ and ‘Five Encounters on a Site Called Craigslist’, this is piece of work still in development and presented script-in-hand.

This show will take place in CPT's basement space (wheelchair accessible via lift).

"YESYESNONO make shows that look and feel completely different to anybody else."
