Rajesh and Naresh was the original work of Arjun Singh, in part of a collection of short plays by ŠITE Productions. In these collections, ŠITE invites artists of all backgrounds to create a show in less than 24 hours - which is where Arjun, who had never written a play before, premiered his work. After a raucous reception, the ŠITE team went on to devise the full-length play using workshops conducted with members of the Queer South Asian community in London and abroad.
