    Laura Mugridge is an award winning theatremaker and dramaturg. Her first solo show Running on Air won a Scotsman Fringe First Award at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2010 and was featured on the BBC’s Culture Show as one of the top three things to see that yearRegular collaborators include musician Tom Adams, Tangled Feet, Ensonglopedia and Shit Theatre. She is currently working on an Arts Council funded Developing Your Creative Practice project focused on finding her voice.She also works to support other solo theatremakers as director and dramaturg. Collaborations include poet Jenny Foulds, theatremaker Amy Vreeke and actor Katherine Kotz. She specialises in autobiographical theatre and loves to take an audience on an adventure.

    Paul Macauley is an award winning theatremaker and playwright. His first solo show My Heart is a Spark won the Audience Choice Award for Best Event of Brighton Fringe in 2022. As Resident Director of Broken Silence Theatre he focused on developing new writing, including his play Bug Camp, which won the New Writing South Award for Best New Play in 2017.The stories he loves to tell combine autobiography with the fantastic to bring people together in wonder and joy. He also coaches and mentors artists and makers to tell their best stories - both in what they make and in how they share their work with the world.
