LIVE is curated by Barrel Organ from an open call out.
Emerging and under-represented artists from across the country will be commissioned to test up to 20 minutes of material in front of an audience.
Expect a night of entertainment, designed to make you question what live performance can be.
They will receive feedback from you, the audience, and a mentor. Previous LIVE performances have developed into shows at Royal Exchange, Manchester, Battersea Arts Centre and Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

Tobi King Bakare and this theatre deserve a shout-out for such a young, diverse audience. There is so much talk about audiences being full of over 60s and why, why can’t theatres get the crowds in to reflect society in general? Well, I’m happy to say that on a rainy Thursday evening, the theatre was completely full.
