Comedy & Bluegrass About Strange Public Records

    Sun 23rd Feb at 6:30pm
    Tickets £22-£12 (+£1.50 booking fee)
A comedy show about American public records, featuring an award-winning bluegrass band for a night of hilarious entertainment.

Can public records be funny? American comedian Curtis Raye has put together an evening where all the humor is inspired by an unusual source: real government records.

Plus, an award-winning bluegrass band plays songs based on those themes. Be prepared for blazing fast banjo, fiddle, and mandolin music. The band includes Maddie Witler from the Grammy nominated band Della Mae.

If you enjoy history, journalism, libraries, banjos, archives, or humor discovered in unusual places, then this is the show for you.

"Vintage presidential sex scandals, world-class bluegrass, critical analysis of pet names, a dancing bear, and a touch of The Proclaimers?! It's basically what ChatGPT would spit out if you asked it to create my ideal evening."
