  • Portrait of a Queer in Panic

    Sun 16 March at 7:15pm
    Tickets £8 - £12 (excluding booking fee)
Portrait of a Queer in Panic is a messy, euphoric exploration of living as someone that doesn’t colour within the lines.

Gemini Rising, artist, teacher, and (self-proclaimed) muse, is hosting a very exclusive life-drawing class, and by some miracle you have made the list! Not to worry, all levels of artistic ability are welcome...

Paper and pencil will be provided, all you’ll have to bring is the nerve to try and capture the essence of your muse’s complex relationship with gender. Pencils up!

A camp, poignant, and absurd show that plays with what it means to be genderqueer, and celebrates the legacy of trans bodies living and transforming through art.

Portrait of a Queer in Panic is presented in collaboration with Day Job Theatre, written and performed by Beckett Gray, and co-directed by Sam Critchlow.

Previously performed at Kaleidoscope Festival and King's Head Theatre
