  • Ruby Glyne

    Ruby trained at The Oxford School of Drama & has since performed in 'After Party' at The Traverse and Belgrade Theatre, Olivier Award nominated play ‘The Swell’ Orange Tree Theatre, ‘Palace’ Theatre Peckham Fringe, 'Like A Rat (WIP)' Camden People's Theatre, ‘The Tempest’ Pleasance Theatre, & ‘Road’ The Northern Stage. Most recently she was a playwright in residency for Catalyst 2026 at The North Wall. 

    Short film credits include Roach (2024) and Meet Me by The Sea (2022). Ruby's self-made short film I'm A Savage came runner-up in Curzon Cinema/Agua de Madre’s short film competition for Female Filmmakers (2020).

    Television credits include Hanna (Amazon), The Syndicate, Doctors and EastEnders (BBC).

    Tobi King Bakare and this theatre deserve a shout-out for such a young, diverse audience. There is so much talk about audiences being full of over 60s and why, why can’t theatres get the crowds in to reflect society in general? Well, I’m happy to say that on a rainy Thursday evening, the theatre was completely full.
