Odd Eyes Theatre nurtures beauty in diversity. Our stories reflect on current events, denouncing social-inequality and highlighting civic responsibility.
Our work blends realism with traditional and experimental forms, using audience participation and mixed media. our professional productions take inspiration from the creative exchange with the communities we interact with. in return, we share our practice through participatory programmes to inspire change.
Odd Eyes Theatre was born from artist director emilia teglia’s experience working with cardboard citizens; matured over the course of her BA in theatre studies and MA in cultural history, and seeing her named as one of The Big Issues top 100 Changemakers in 2021.
