If only we could go back to clunking around in mums high heels. This is a battle cry of what it means to be young, naïve and unprepared for life.

How do we really prepare to be an adult? There are certain things that you just don’t learn about – being orphaned at 18 is one of them. The Ballad of Adulthood follows two teens and their survival into adulthood. Through grief, friendship, love, loss, thrush, and everything in between, we are all taken back on the journey of what it means to be young. Now I am older I am less sure, more sure, or too sure. Friendships, dreams, music, grief, and the reality of growing up.
