Come on a multi-coloured journey with us through time and around the world meeting the amazing LGBTQ+ people that shaped the world we live in today. Using movement, spoken word and real conversations from LGBTQ+ people, Tell Me Y/Our Story will teach you about the past members of the queer community and their joy, perseverance and action.

Created by Any Queeries, an emerging theatre company working with LGBTQ+ artists to tell queer stories, this promises to be an vibrant, non-narrative, devised and historically (in)accurate show about the importance of knowing our community and what we do when we’ve been erased.

Directed by Afton Aitkenhead, a current Young Vic Fresh Direction course participant, who specialises in new writing and physical theatre, Tell Me Y/Our Story promises to be a cacophony of queer chaos and love, telling the stories of the LGBTQ+ icons that history has forgotten.

Tell us your story and we’ll tell you theirs.

"CPT is a force for good... We as a community need this desperately at this time."
