Are you ready, dearly beloved guests?
LINDA(?), self-proclaimed hostess with the mostess is ecstatic to create the perfect wo-cake, she meant cake...the perfect cake!

LINDA(?) is pure panic and ready to party. All the best dance classics are ready at the push of a button and if she keeps these playing on repeat and feeding everyone cake everything will be okay... right?

Without a single word she is constantly at the mercy of her darling party guests, hoping to please them through extreme giggles and smiles. She is the ultimate altruist at heart, always putting everyone’s needs before her own... leaving her own behind. Sweet darling guests will experience eccentric party tricks and be offered an obscene amount of cake, cream and, of course, sprinkles!

LINDA(?) plays with elements of grotesque, whilst edging on hysteria, peppered with visceral images, music, tears, and laughter. This joyful comedy looks at how far women have been taught to cater to other people's needs whilst looking good in pink.

Developed with FemFest Brighton and co-produced with Covered in Jam. Directed by Bertie Hodd.
