A conclave is a spiritual gathering, wherein Cardinals are all locked up in the Vatican together to elect the next Pope from among their number. It is a time of sacred contemplation. It isn’t a war.

All the fighting has to be invisible. Obviously.

Before a conclave, each Cardinal must receive the sacrament of confession. Enter the confessional with one of these Princes of the Church: Cardinal Cvntvs, who should totally be the next spiritual leader of over a billion people! And who would never plot to take down his competitors–because Cvntvs’ Vatican is definitely not an endless repository of salacious queer drama, petty squabbles, and psychosexual, above-tepid rivalries. Nope.

    This is serious shit.

Tickets for the Edinburgh run of CVNTCLAVE can be found here.

    Latecomers may not be admitted.

"One of the most unhinged and brilliant performers I've ever seen"

"Our children live in the most deprived ward in London and their parents cannot afford to pay for the classes and activities many more privileged children enjoy after school and at the weekends. A free-to-access youth group run by a local theatre in a professional setting is an incredible opportunity."
