    Meet our board members.

    Fezzan Ahmed

    Fezzan is the Co-Founder of the Jigsaw House Society, responsible for developing Community Led Social Innovations such as the Windrush Justice Clinic. As a leader in Inclusive Philanthropy Fezzan has raised more than £20million from traditional and diverse communities for organisations such as Barnardo's, Palace for Life Foundation and Southwark Law Centre, whilst championing race equality in Fundraising. Fezzan has an MA in Community Organising, enjoys gardening, football and a good (hip hop) musical. 


     

    Isobel Colchester (Chair) 

    Isobel is Head of Network Engagement and Citizens Advice. As Chief Executive of Poet in the City, she led its vision to bring live poetry to a wider audience and use the artform to create debate and change since 2014. She has worked with hundreds of artists in cultural venues, historic locations and community spaces, and some highlights include establishing a new music festival of poetry & lyrics, a national communities programme with the British Library, and filling St Paul's Cathedral with 2,000 Londoners to hear new work. With a background in skills development in the commercial and public sectors, she cares a lot about getting young people jobs in the arts, and breaking down institutional barriers to change how the culture sectors connects with the public.


    Leanne Cosby

    Leanne is Assistant Commissioner for Sky Arts and Entertainment.  Before she started working in telly, she spent 15 years producing and commissioning theatre and dance at the Barbican.  Whether on stage or on screen she is passionate about supporting new and diverse creative voices. 


    Tim Crocker-Buque

    Tim is a doctor in the NHS with a long-standing passion for theatre and commitment to supporting new and emerging artists. In 2016, he founded The Raze Collective, a charity providing development opportunities for queer performers, producers and associated professionals, and was the Director and later Chair of the Board.


    Rupert Jessop 

    Rupert is Head of Production and Distribution Finance and Acquisition Control at Nordic Entertainment Group. 


    Kate Levine

    Kate Levine helps organisations drive positive change with strategic communications support, with a particular focus on activism and campaign planning.  She has more than 20 years’ experience in communications and from 2015-2020, she was the Global Activism and Communications Director at The Body Shop.  Kate has always loved the theatre; she studied drama and English literature at university and goes as often as possible to as many kinds of performance as she can.


    Conrad Murray 

    Conrad is Artistic Director of the BAC Beatbox Academy and Beats and Elements. His theatre and performance practice is developed around beatboxing, rapping and looping with a hip-hop style. He has led workshops and projects in theatres, community settings and schools for over 10 years in poetry and storytelling, beatboxing, rapping and devised theatre making. 


    Julie Rodriguez (Company Secretary)

    Julie is a Managing Associate at Sidley Austin LLP in the Financial Institutions practice group. She is also an Associate Board Member of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation and a coach at Southgate Hockey Club.


    Agatha Yerbury

    Agatha joined CPT's board in March 2018, with a background in media and entertainment law.  She has spent her career working in tv, digital media and sports, having more recently transitioned from legal into business development and strategy.   Agatha is a huge believer in the work CPT does and is immensely proud to be a part of the team as the theatre continues to grow and develop.


    Paul Cohen

    Paul oversees legal, commercial, rights and focuses on financing and co-production for high-end productions. He is also responsible for corporate and business development.  He contributes to various industry bodies and spent six years on Pact Council including two as Vice-Chair. He is also a trustee of the Camden People’s Theatre.

    Paul trained as a solicitor working in London and Sydney before making the not very difficult decision to leave the world of mining patent litigation for the bright lights of television.

A free-to-access youth group run by a local theatre in a professional setting is an incredible opportunity."
