We want to work hand-in-hand with our Camden community to make bold decisions together about arts and cultural programming at CPT’s new community hub.

Would you like to be part of it?

To find out more and how to get involved, please contact community@cptheatre.co.uk / 0207 419 4841.

Meet our current steering group members!

    Aldith Carter

I’m a mother of one and the founder and chief candlemaker at YelloFlameCamden. I’ve been making candles since 2020. I started as a small, one-woman show, after I was made redundant during the pandemic, and I bought my first candle kit. I’ve been growing steady ever since.

Being part of the Steering Group, my hope is that we bring all our potential, lived experiences, aptitudes and gifts to become #StrongerTogether, achieving the very best possible for all our children, young people, families and communities and all those who come thereafter, whilst shining a torch at the very heart of our community, leaving a legacy behind which will be brighter for our children, and their future plus future generations.

    Ema Howling

Resident of Camden borough for 10 years, now in Somers Town. I’m a volunteer for Gingerbread (single parents’ charity) so always looking to involve other families. I’m a single parent of my son Haze, a nanny and Children’s entertainer.

Great to have local performers and local residents working collaboratively to keep communities together. I love the theatre, nothing better than a live performance…

    Kevin Addeh

Assistant manager at Farrow and Ball Marylebone. I've always had an eye for the design and development of all kinds of things. I'm interested self-development, leaning new crafts and skills as I believe you never stop learning. I'm currently studying carpentry as woodworking has always been a passion of mine. I hope to help develop ideas with the community for the community.

"It is precisely these types of projects, involving these types of people, in these types of theatres that make London what it is."
