    Could you be CPT's next Community Engagement Manager? 

    As a ‘people’s theatre’, CPT believes people deserve equal access to arts and culture. Collaborating with a range of partners, we provide free-to-access cultural opportunities, targeted to marginalised groups, and which offer agency and a co-design role to local people themselves. We are looking for a new Community Engagement Manager, who will lead our community engagement strategy, building on our local networks and partnerships and embedding inclusivity across all of CPT’s programme.
     

    The Offer


    This is a 12-month fixed term contract with an ambition to extend.

    Salary Band: £24,000-£27,000/year pro rata (dependent on experience)

    Hours: 3 days/week (0.6)

    Annual Leave: 25 days a year pro rata excluding public holidays
