Our basement space is regularly available on evenings and Saturdays, with additional weekday daytime availability on an adhoc basis. Please complete this form for all enquiries. It’s always worth contacting us (even at the last minute) if you’re looking for a space to perform your show, rehearse or hold workshops, classes or meetings.

We’re based 2 minutes’ walk from Warren Street, Euston Square or Euston Station. We’re opposite Sainsbury’s Local, on the corner of Hampstead Road and Drummond Street.
Rates:
- Weekday Day: £27+VAT/hour – bookable in half days (10am-2pm or 2pm-6pm) or whole days (10am-6pm)
- Weekday Evening: £38+VAT/hour – minimum 2 hour booking
- Weekend Day rate: £33+VAT/hour – bookable in half days (10am-2pm or 2pm-6pm) or whole days (10am-6pm)
