We’re a people’s theatre, which means we’re trying to democratise as many of our processes as possible, and this includes how we ask people to support us.

Last year we supported 226 artists / companies to deliver 302 performances, we gave out 1356 hours of in-kind rehearsal space, and 60 of our artists received commissions. 72% of those artists were in the first 4 years of their career, and showed work to over 17,000 audience members. Though we’re one of the smallest theatres, we are one of the biggest emerging artist support hubs in the city.

Your support can help us to achieve this every year while we also deliver a community engagement programme and our transformative Camden Youth Theatre. No matter what level you donate at, you're ensuring we can continue doing this, which is why all of our membership levels get the exact same experience.

To show you what difference your support makes, we’ll have an annual CPT Assembly Meeting where all of our Assembly Members will participate in a democratic vote on an artist in our season to receive a micro-commission towards their show. The more members we have, the greater the commission will be - you will function as a real Assembly.

As well as this you’ll get all the usual benefits:

    • An exclusive CPT assembly badge
    • 10% discount at the bar
    • Access to our Assembly Mailing list, with bi-monthly stories about the impact you’re making.
    • Invites to regular season launches for our Assembly members.

"Our children live in the most deprived ward in London and their parents cannot afford to pay for the classes and activities many more privileged children enjoy after school and at the weekends. A free-to-access youth group run by a local theatre in a professional setting is an incredible opportunity."
